INTERVIEWS

Considering that women are underrepresented in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), it becomes much harder for others to see themselves in these roles. This section approaches the gap through the lens of the personal stories of women working in robotics. In doing so, we conduct one-on-one interviews that intertwine aspects of personal pathways  educational and cultural contexts as well as working environments, to offer a deeply personal and important view of these women's success stories and provide inspiration for girls/women aspiring towards a career in robotics.
